Production.
Screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and embossing run through our own production floor in Tucker, Georgia. When a project needs methods outside our in-house capabilities, we route through certified vendor partnerships we manage end-to-end. Quality control, timeline, and communication stay with LGP — you don't coordinate with third parties.
Curation.
We don't sell from a catalog. Every program starts with a brief — your team, your moment, your goals — and the product mix gets curated to fit. Treasured, not trashed.
On-site activations.
Event pop-ups, employee experiences, conference activations, leadership offsites. Curated, staffed, and run by our team. You show up; we run the floor.
Online stores and gifting.
Branded shop experiences, end-to-end. Catalog management, fulfillment, reporting. Suitable for distributed teams, employee-paid programs, and ongoing corporate gifting.
The thinking before the deliverable.
Some clients need a vendor. Others need a strategist before they need a vendor. The advisory tier is for the second case — organizations that want the program designed before the products are chosen, and want that design to survive procurement scrutiny.
Delivered by me directly. Scoped by project.

Fatina consistently brings ideas to life through creativity, execution, and attention to detail. She often exceeds expectations and goes the extra mile, even when challenges arise outside of her control. What truly sets Fatina apart is her ability to learn her clients — their needs, preferences, timelines, and budgets — and translate that understanding into meaningful, high-quality outcomes. Fatina and Let's Get Personal have been an absolute joy to partner with.
The best moment was when everyone showed up to a meeting wearing their hoodies — it created such a sense of unity and pride. What started as a simple purchase turned into a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays and bring the team closer together.
LGP has been an excellent partner for our organization. What truly sets LGP apart is how they handle challenges when they arise. Any company can sell a product, but not every vendor stands behind it. Their reliability, accountability, and customer-focused approach are what make them stand out among other vendors.
Quarterly Recognition Activations.
QRA is a structured, recurring recognition program LGP delivers four times a year. Pre-event team surveys, curated branded merchandise, on-site or virtual activation, post-event recap with measurable outcomes. Built for hybrid and on-site teams of 100 to 500+ employees. Defensible to finance. Different in kind from a swag order.
The framework has its own home. The full pricing structure, the 5-minute fit assessment, the FAQ, and the discovery call booking all live at getqra.com.
Her pop-ups and onsite activations don't just distribute merchandise — they create moments of excitement, connection, and pride for our teams and attendees.Clarke Kelly · Senior Program Manager, Global Events · Microsoft
